Make a "normal" pour over
- Grind size between cold brew and Chemex
- 24g coffee
- 1:10 or 1:11 ratio
Then...
Measure 200g ice and put into a cocktail shaker. Pour coffee over ice and shake for ≈25sec. Fill cup 1/2 way w/ ice and enjoy. Should have a nice, "Guiness-like" head to it.
