We are buying this one from our importer who is from Nicaragua. He has been to the farms, showed us all the pictures and told us stories from the family who runs it. It is from the Jinotega region and is grown high up in the mountains on Fina La Isabelia. We roast this coffee to a solid medium roast allowing its awesome sweetness to shine through.
