This coffee is brought to us by Ashenafi Argaw and Unravel Merchants. Ashenafi has over 15 years of experience in the coffee industry and currently he is publishing a book titled “Ethiopia: World’s Coffee Garden.”
These beans are grown in the shade of Birebera, Besana, Girawa, Girawa and Shola trees and alongside Enset, Banana Tree, Bolokea and Orange trees. In the village of Rogicha, they are harvested from January - February and then dried in the sun for several months before being shipped on to the world.
